Founded in 2025 by Ahmad Malak
Storage AI was started in Chicago by Ahmad Malak, a software engineer who has spent years building mobile apps and backend systems — including marketplace and real-estate platforms.
It started from a simple observation: the hardest part of inventory isn't counting it, it's the money lost on products that never sell. So instead of another stock counter, he set out to build an inventory platform with AI that actually does something about that stock.
